tag says XL 14-16 which means children’s sizing LOL but waist is 30 inches and length is 15 inches

(model is 510 so if it looks short on her thats why.) super cute and old and seems maybe even handmade. nice lil pocket on one side. no tags or size listed but waist goes to 38 inches and length is 30 inches. maybe a medium.
